In June 2004, the centre achieved the Matrix quality standard for information advice and guidance services. We are now approved by the Guidance Accreditation Board. This was re-awarded in Spring 2010.
We continually review levels of satisfaction from our learners at the end of every course and welcome any comments you give us to improve.
We work hard to provide the best service we possibly can, and here is what some of our students have to say about our centre and courses:
