first time online taster

Custom-built 'dip-in' taster package. Gives you a guided tour of all the basics, from using a keyboard and a mouse, to sending an email and searching the internet. Learn some new skills and get a taste of some of the online courses you might want to do in the future.

e-skills passport

An ICT skills check. Find out what computer skills you already have, skills like: using a mouse, word processing, sending emails or using the internet. The e-skills passport will help us give you the right advice about what you’re ready to do next.

Help us find out what you already know. Once you’ve worked through this, UK online centre staff will have a better idea of what you might need more help with. We can then point you in the right direction.
