Kirkbride Learning Centre (formerly Kirkbride Community Development Centre) is a community organisation, not for profit, appointed by the Governors / Head of Kirkbride Primary School.

Kirkbride Learning Centre maintains a database of names, addresses and other information that is relevant and needed to manage grants, events, and training for the community we serve.
Kirkbride Learning Centre has a data protection policy which is designed to ensure we keep only up-to-date, relevant and accurate personal information; that we process it fairly; respect confidentiality; do not abuse information, and are open about what we do.

It is a part of Kirkbride Learning Centre’s normal business to provide statistical data only from the information we receive from our learners.

In the case of Application forms completed for the LSC in relation to funded activity, your details are then held by them. If you do not wish your personal information to be used, then you should tick the box on this form that is labelled accordingly.

In relation to referral of learners to other providers, your information will only be forwarded with your consent.

We will not provide personal information to private companies or Government bodies other than that which we may be legally required to provide.
